Returns Policy
We can process returns for unused products and refunds only for items purchased from BuyComfortDirect.com. To set up a return for unused products purchased online, contact customer service within 60 days from the day your order is shipped. You must call and request a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service. No returns will be accepted without the RA #. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise.

We can process returns for unused products and refunds only for items purchased from BuyComfortDirect.com. To set up a return for unused products purchased online, contact customer service within 30 days from the day your order is shipped. There will be a 15% restocking fee and our shipping cost will not be refunded.
To qualify for a refund, please ensure of the following:
-All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, new and unused
The product must be free from damages, scratches and/or defects
-You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item (manuals, accessories, packaging materials) and unopened
-There cannot be any writing or labels on the original manufacturer packaging for the item.
-Packages must be sent back by customer via a trackable source, such as FedEx or UPS. Please do not use USPS
-All freight bound equipment must be returned via freight carriers (We can assist with this)
-All items must be returned with their assigned return merchandise authorization (RA #) number. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused by our warehouse.
Items marked as Clearance or Overstock are not eligible for return.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of the returned shipping. All returns associated with our "Free Shipping offer" will deduct from the refund the original shipping fees that BuyComfortDirect.com incurred in the process of shipping your order along with the 15% restocking fees. For all other orders not associated with our "Free Shipping offer" (Original shipping charges are non-refundable)
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. You must contact us to file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper. We recommend you retain your tracking number after shipping your product.
Shipping
Shipping Restrictions apply based on each brands geographical restrictions. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
